LEONARDO DI COSTANZO BRINGS “ELISA” TO LA, ITALIA 2026 — A POWERFUL PORTRAIT OF JUSTICE, HUMANITY AND SOCIAL REALISM

LOS ANGELES — The film “Elisa,” directed by Leonardo Di Costanzo, was presented in Hollywood during the 21st edition of LA, Italia – Film, Fashion and Art Festival, bringing to the international stage one of the most compelling voices of contemporary Italian cinema.

Known for his deeply human and socially engaged filmmaking, Leonardo Di Costanzo delivers with “Elisa” an intense and emotionally charged story that explores themes of justice, personal responsibility and the fragile boundaries between individual destinies and institutional power.

Through a restrained and realistic cinematic language, the film reflects Di Costanzo’s distinctive approach to storytelling, combining psychological depth with a strong social perspective.
