Teatro Patologico, founded and directed by Dario D’Ambrosi, brings its unique theater-therapy approach to the L.A., Italia – Film, Fashion & Art Festival with the movie “I Am Crazy and You?”. Written and directed by D’Ambrosi himself, the film follows disabled guys as they, identifying with their director, try to solve the anxieties and fears of well-known characters who seek them in various places around the city. Through lightness and originality, the movie reveals high psychological and social content, using surreal and tragicomic irony to analyze everyday problems and disorders. Made possible thanks to the collaboration of the Griffith Academy of Cinema in Rome, “I Am Crazy and You?” offers a different way for the spectator to see and face the problems and difficulties, both physical and mental, that everyone seeks to overcome in different ways.
The film features an outstanding cast, including Claudio Santamaria, Raoul Bova, Stefano Fresi, Claudia Gerini, Edoardo Leo, Vinicio Marchioni, Marco Bocci, Stefania Rocca, Dario D’Ambrosi, Riccardo Ballerini, Domenico Iannacone, and the disabled actors of the Compagnia Stabile del Teatro Patologico.
